Replace keyword with your desired keyword

then you will be presented woth many blogs visit each blog and then do this

ctrl u
ctrl f

at the bottom of the screen after hittin control f type "nofollow" and establish if it does or does not have a nofollow tag

If it doesnt leave a comment with your URL and there you go instant back link with a high ranking page
